We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary to run our business:

• Courier and logistics partners — to deliver your order and process pickups for returns
• Payment gateway providers — to process prepaid transactions securely
• Service providers who help us run our website, send emails, or provide customer support, under confidentiality obligations
• Government or legal authorities, only if required by law

Prepaid orders are processed through a third-party, RBI-compliant payment gateway (e.g. Razorpay). Your card, UPI or net-banking details are entered directly on their secure platform — Karig does not see or store this information. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery.

We retain your order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, resolve disputes, and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us to:

• Show you the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate details
• Delete your personal information, subject to what we’re legally required to keep
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
