Karig (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates karig.in, an online store for slow fashion made with natural fabrics. We’re based in Kandivali, Mumbai, India.

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using our site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order with Karig.

• All prices on karig.in are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
• We describe our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, texture or print may occur with natural fabrics — this is a normal part of working with natural materials, not a defect.
• Product images are for illustration; actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
• In the rare case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Placing an order on karig.in is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline — for example, if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there’s an error in the listing. You’ll be notified by email or WhatsApp if we’re unable to fulfil your order, and any payment already made will be refunded.

We accept prepaid payments through our secure third-party payment gateway, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) on serviceable pin codes, subject to a COD handling fee shown at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you’re authorised to use the payment method.

All content on karig.in — including our logo, product photography, designs, text and branding — belongs to Karig and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

When using karig.in, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or disrupt it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user’s account
• Copy, resell or misuse any content from the site without permission

Karig is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products purchased, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of karig.in after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
