Dispatch time

Every order is handcrafted-to-ready and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days in metro cities and 5–8 business days across the rest of India, depending on the destination pin code and courier serviceability.

Shipping charges

• Prepaid orders: free shipping, anywhere in India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): available on all serviceable pin codes. A nominal COD handling fee is added at checkout.

Tracking your order

You’ll receive an email and WhatsApp update with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status anytime from My Account.

Didn’t turn out to be the one? You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery — and we’ll arrange a free pickup from your doorstep.

What qualifies for a return

• Request raised within 7 days of the delivery date
• Unused, unwashed and unworn, with all original tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging
• Not from the non-returnable list below

Not eligible for return

• Innerwear and other items marked hygiene-sensitive
• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
• Products damaged due to washing, alteration or normal wear after delivery

How it works

1. Raise a requestWrite to hello@karig.in or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return, within 7 days of delivery.
2. We schedule a free pickupOur courier partner will collect the item from your address, usually within 2–3 business days of your request.
3. Quality checkOnce the item reaches our facility, our team checks it against the return conditions above.
4. Refund or exchangeOn passing quality check, we process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 2–4 business days.

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original card, UPI ID or wallet used at checkout.
• COD orders: since there’s no original payment method to refund to, we’ll request your bank or UPI details to process the refund directly.

Once processed, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
